Dale A. D. Lucia, 66, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2011 after a short battle with cancer. He was born December 4, 1944 to Raymond and Lucille Lucia in Chicago, IL. He graduated from Dixie Hollins High School. Dale married Suzanne L. Bartmess, they were later divorced. He served in the air force, and later retired from at HAFB. Sailing, camping, and fishing were some of his many hobbies, as well as spending time at his familys summer home in Tomahawk, WI. He is survived by his son, Daniel W. (Beatrice) Lucia, daughter, Nicki L. (Jamie) Christensen, brothers Don, Grant, Bruce, Paul, and sister LuRae, grandson Eric Lucia, and granddaughters: Sierra S. Lewis, Cheyenne F. Christensen and Aspen M. Christensen. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Raymond. A memorial service to celebrate Dales life will be held Friday, March 18, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden. Dale will be interred at a later date in Wisconsin.
