Danny Joe Walz, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at his home in Ogden, UT. Danny was born July 2, 1957, in Ogden, UT to Naomi Jean Mathers and Frank Verlin Walz (later divorced). The world has lost a great man. Danny had an incredible work ethic and was a wonderful employee at Supersonic Car Wash in Ogden, Utah, for 39 years. He will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit and positive outlook on life. He loved nature, camping, fishing, and his nephews and nieces. Danny is survived by his sisters: Beverly Walz Prothero (Jay Robert), Ogden, Utah; Dianna Walz, Ft Meyers, Florida; Shelly Walz, Sunset, Utah; and by his brothers: Gary Walz, Ogden, Utah; Danny Jones (Stephanie), Oregon; Jeannine Hone (Matt), Pleasant View,Utah; and by his step-siblings: Debbie Capece, Sacramento, California; and Richard Nebeker, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, David Jones, and stepsister, Vickie Nebeker. Remembrance Service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 6 PM-8 PM at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th St, Ogden, UT. In lieu of flowers, plant a tree for Danny at www.alivingtribute.org.
