You will never be forgotten. Your beautiful smile, your laugh, the love that you gave to us.
Jeannie passed away at home, with her family at her side. She was born to Walter Ellis and Odessa Ellis (Wiseman). She had one brother Thane (Jody) Ellis who preceded her in death. Jeannie was married to Floyd Garder, who also preceded her in death.
She and Floyd raised three kids together: Tami (Mike) Stark, Tanya Vigil, and Robert (Michelle) Garder. She has 12 grandkids: Cheryl (Tony) Antonelli, Brandy Duncombe (John McQueen), Brandon Duncombe (Tina), Jordan Stark, Chad Vigil, Natalie Vigil, Stephanie (Ryne) Carlson, Tanna Wheeler, Robert (Monica) Garder, Chloe Garder, B.J. Stark, Bryce (Annie) Stark and Braydon Land; also 29 great grandkids and seven great, great grandkids. Jeannie sure loved her grandkids. She loved going to school programs that her grandkids were involved in.
Jennie was always on the hunt for a “good find.” So yard sales were her thing, or rummaging is what she called it. She loved Christmas, always had the prettiest tree and decorations throughout the house. Every year she would gather everyone up, go to the Christmas parade to see Santa and she would get hot chocolate for everyone.
She started working at an early age , at Ogden Poultry until they closed down and retired after 25 years or so from Stone Meats Inc.
You sweet Angel, you will be so missed, your laugh was contagious, and how you didn’t care what anyone thought of you, made you perfect.
