David Michael Kaiser, 31, passed away on September 5, 2014 after a long and courageous battle with late stage neurological Lyme and other tick borne diseases. He was born November 3, 1982 in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Ogden High School and the DATC. David is survived by his mother Jean Kaiser; sisters Shannon (Jeff) Baldwin and Tammy (Brandt) Bodily; and many uncles, aunts and cousins. He will be sorely missed by his family and his many friends for his generous spirit and the laughter we shared. He wa preceded in death by his father Barry Shannon. Family and friends will meet for a private memorial service.
