Denise was truly a live life on her own terms type of woman, she was sadly taken from us too early in her life. Denise passed away at Mckay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah unsuspected on May 11. She really did life on her own terms and her own time, she fought hard but loved harder. She was a think outside the box handy woman who would fix anything as long as it didnt break her nails. She had a love for animals and the outdoors, it was her escape from life. Denise was born December 8 in Ogden, Utah. After growing up in Utah Denise traveled a little and fell in love with Arizona she lived there briefly and had plans to move back. Denise brought light to anyone who knew her, she had a laugh that would make everyone in the room smile. Family would like to thank the staff in the ICU at Mckay-Dee, they were great with Denise and her family in the last few days, also a thank you to the staff of Leavitts Mortuary. Denise is survived by her two daughters (JoAnna and Mckenna) and one son (Steven), her three grandchildren (two boys and one girl) and two brothers (Mike and Johnny). Shes proceeded in death by both parents (John and Diane) and a brother (Cory).
