Dennis was born April 17, 1942 to John and Lavon (Johnson) Dickamore in Ogden, Utah. He married Dolores Palmer November 12, 1966. Dolores passed away October 14, 1978. He then married Carol Nelson January 26, 2009. Dennis and Dolores had one son, Darrell Dickamore. Dennis also had nine step children, Roxanne Naylor, Richard Palmer, Daniel Nelson, Karen Brawn, Kenneth Nelson, Christina Lomax, Michael Nelson, Denise Nelson (deceased), and Melissa Nelson (deceased). He had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cremation under the direction of Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
