Loving Husband, Father, and Grampy.Dennys courageous battle with cancer ended on September 29, 2015 in the comfort of his home.
Denny was born in Indio, California to Joe and Ruth Epps. He spent his younger years in banking before retiring from HAFB after 20 years.
He married his wife, Judy on July 8, 1988. They resided in Roy where they spent time together making wonderful memories with family and friends.
Denny was a man of many jokes and great advice. It was impossible to be around him without smiling and laughing. He enjoyed his weekly breakfast and lunch dates with the guys and getting out for a round of 18 holes with his brother-in-laws, Darold, Bill, Henry and Boyd. Denny was also happy when watching the Sci-Fi channel, putting peanuts out for the birds and going out with family for dinner and fun.
Denny will be remembered by his wife and soul mate, Judy; his two daughters, Kelli (Mike) and Dayna (Bob); his two grandsons, Myles (Bree) and Jordon; his great granddaughter, Ruby; as well as any and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He was greeted on his next journey by his parents, Joe and Ruth; his brothers, Joe Jr. and Michael; his granddaughter, Nikki; his four legged friend, Scooter; and his golf buddies, Bill and Darold.
A small Graveside Service will be held at the Roy City Cemetery, 5200 South 2300 West, Roy, Utah on October 7, 2015 at 2:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will follow at 4:00 PM at the Ogden VFW, Post 1481, 910 12th Street, Ogden, Utah.
