Diane Bramwell, age 69, passed away on April 29, 2018, in Lakewood, CO, from a lingering illness. She was born on June 24, 1948, in Ogden, UT to Clyde H. Bramwell and Rachel Burton Bramwell. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In her youth she danced for the June Gibbons School of Dance. She attended Lynn Elementary and Highland Jr. High. She graduated from Ben Lomond High in 1966 and was a member of the Bonnie Lassie Drill Team. Before moving to Colorado in 1969, she held positions with State and Civil Service, as well as Weber County Planning Commission. Diane was blessed with an intelligent mind. Her professional career included working 3 years at the University of Denver as Assistant to Mark L. Levine, Director of School of Real Estate and Construction; and over 25 years working at Levine and Pitler, P.C., as a Paralegal and Assistant to Mark L. Levine, President. She was also a Notary Public. She had previous marriages to Daniel H. McCabe, Eric Smith, and John M. Reeves, being widowed the last 7 years at the time of her death. Dianes last residence during her retirement was at the Dudley Apartments in Lakewood, CO, where she had many close friends. While living there, she enjoyed riding her bicycle and taking the bus, listening to music and the radio, reading her scriptures and collections of non-fiction books, playing her keyboard, watching DVDs with her friends, and star-gazing at night. She was vibrant, perky and generous her entire life, often offering advice to many on healthy living. She was also gifted in her musical abilities, adapting thousands of sheet music and hymns to chords, then playing them on her keyboard. She had a zest for life and we mourn her passing. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her dearly. She is survived by two sisters, Mona B. (Donald M. Chase), and Marie B. Bullock. She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Dennis C. Bramwell and David B. Bramwell. Graveside services were held on Thursday, May 10, 2018, in Ogden, UT, conducted by Leavitts Mortuary Aultorest Memorial Park in Ogden, UT. In lieu of donations, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and the American Red Cross. Arrangements under the direction of Leavitts Mortuary.
