Donna I. Christensen, 84 passed away peacefully October 24, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born in Ogden on September 16, 1930 to Sanford and Mary Jane Darlington. She married Bernard Lehrmann on August 2, 1950. They were later divorced. She married William R. Christensen on October 8, 1971. William passed away September 27, 1997. She was a WAC in the US Army during the Korean War. She worked at the Navy Base, and then retired from HAFB. Donna loved making crafts with beads. She made beautiful jewelry, and Christmas ornaments. She was quite a jokster and able to make those around her laugh. No matter what she always had a joke to tell. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Donna is survived by her daughters Mary (Dallan) Williams, Loretta (Douglas) Frecker, daughter-in-law Suzette Lehrmann, and sister Bonnie Clark. She had 6 grand-sons, 3 granddaughters, 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Donna was preceded in death by her son Daniel Lehrmann, her parents, two sisters; and one brother. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Leavitts Mortuary, 836-36th St. in Ogden, UT. A viewing will be held one hour prior to service from 12:45-1:45 pm.
