Doris Ann Bell (Penny), 66, passed away December 11, 2015. Doris was born March 22, 1949 to Harvey and Doris Hempel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Doris loved the outdoors of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Doris enjoyed time with her family and friends. The clerical positions that Doris held kept her pretty entertained. Her burning passion for bloodhounds led her to Kentucky and Utah for many chapters of her life. Her Lutheran Religion brought her through many dark times. People will never forget the memories and love of Doris. She will be loved and missed by the smiles of many. Doris Bell is survived by her son David Bell.
