Douglas James Kirkham, 89, passed away July 4, 2018, of complications resulting from a fall. Douglas was born in Salt Lake City on August 16, 1928, to Milo Franklin Kirkham and Virginia Eakle Kirkham. Doug or 'Bud', as he was known by friends and family, graduated from Grantsville High School. He married Emma Lou Pehrson on August 28, 1957. Together, they had one daughter and five sons. His wife, Emma Lou Pehrson Kirkham, and his brother, Milo Kealohalani Kirkham, preceded him in death. He is survived by his children, Julie Ann Nielson, Douglas James Jr. (Laurel), Richard Delyle (Tina), Scott Vernon (Wesley Beard), Steven Kyle, and Curtis Lynn, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and sister Virginia Vandever (Burley, ID).
