Edward Patrick Golden November 27, 1961 April 20, 2017 Edward Patrick Golden, 55, passed away at home April 20, 2017 after suffering from lung disease for several years. He was born Nov 27, 1961 to James Monroe Golden and Ruth Drew Maccarthy in Ogden, Utah. Edward attended Weber High and obtained his GED. He married Sherry Dawn Thurgood May 3, 1991 in Ogden, Utah. He worked for many years at Clifco Sheetmetal. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, his mother, and three sisters; Jan (Billy, deceased) Puckett, Mary (Corey) Venstra, and Kathy (Bill) Berrett. He was preceded in death by his father and his brother Charles. Graveside services will be held Saturday April 29, 2017 at Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch 1718 Combe Rd. Ogden, UT 84403 at 11:00 AM with a viewing prior at Leavitts Mortuary 836 36th Street, Ogden, UT 84403 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM The family wishes to thank the Hospice team of Dr. Scott Moulton, Carrie, Jessica, Lindsay, and Allison.
