Edward Eddie Raymond Robinson, 66, passed away peacefully at home in Ogden, Utah on April 11, 2018. Born to Harriett Houston and Raymond Robinson on December 31, 1951, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Los Angeles, CA; he also attended Albuquerque Job Corps Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Anyone who knew Eddie knew him as a friend, he would do anything for anyone that needed his help. Before retiring he worked on cars doing mechanic work, detailing, anything that had to do with cars really. Even after retirement he still enjoyed working on cars. But you didnt truly know Eddie if you didnt know about his bike. He rode his bike with his buggy, as he liked to call it, with his Rosas Caf signs everywhere. The jokes he told were never-ending. He had many friends. We wish to give a special thank you to his friends at the Senior Villa for being there for Eddie and for your help. Eddie is survived by his son, Joshua Owens Robinson; stepdaughter, Sumayyah Sha-Heed; seven brothers; four sisters; three granddaughters and another on the way. He is preceded in death by his longtime companion, Kathy Richard; father, Raymond Robinson; mother, Harriett Houston Robinson; Stepmother, Pearl Robinson; and Skip Steve Thornton, who became his dad after his mother passed away. Funeral Services will be held at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at 2:00 pm with a viewing from 12:30 to 2:00 pm, prior to services.
