Eloise Lacy Williams Brand of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on September 10, 2000 at 80 years of age.

She was born on June 14, 1920 in Yantley, a little town on the border of Alabama and Mississippi. Her parents were Ethel May Britt Williams and David Robert Williams Jr. She grew up and married in Meridian, Mississippi. She moved to Biloxi, Mississippi, raised her son and later moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to be with family. She was a retired bank teller.

She will be buried in Utah where her family now lives. She is now survived by her son Torris Marlin Brand Jr., two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

The inurnment service will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., located at Leavitt’s Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden.
