Evelyn Harrington, 71, of Ogden, passed away peacefully at home on April 5, 2023, after a hard battle with cancer. Evelyn was born on November 19th to Henry (Hank) Wagner and Erma Boswell. After Evelyn graduated from Elkhart High in 1969, she moved to Utah and gave birth to a son. She pursued a degree in accounting and obtained her associates at Salt Lake Community College. After several years and beating breast cancer in 1997 she began working at the Internal Revenue Service in Ogden, UT and worked there for 15 years before retiring in 2013. She spent her retirement crocheting an array of beautiful Afghans and several other things. She also enjoyed her time in church and reading her scriptures daily. In 1973, Evelyn married Ross Harrington and had 4 children with him. They separated before their 4th was born and divorced in 1986. Evelyn was preceded by her mother, father, and sister Dinky. She is survived by 4 children Ross, Tom, Jason, and Elisha. Her grandchildren Victoria, Morgan, and James.
