Fiore Fitzgerald Passera passed away on May 12, 2014, from natural causes due to age. Fiore was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming on March 5, 1922 to Joseph and Anna Passera. He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Anna, Anni, and Catterina, and brothers Dario and Gilio. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Naples, Italy during WWII. He retired from Hill Air Force Base in 1968. He was a longtime fan of the Denver Broncos and the University of Wyoming Cowboys. Fiore was a kind and gentle soul and will be missed greatly. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
