Floyd Ellis Atwood, 81, passed away March 7, 2013. He was born July 23, 1931 to Lawrence Nathan Atwood and Gladys Kidd; in Vernal, Utah. He married Vivan Hansen in Ogden, Utah on May 4, 1955. They were later sealed in the Logan LDS Temple on September 8, 1958.Floyd is survived by his daughters, Denise (Lynn) Avis, Kimberly (Jerry) Nelson, LaDonna (Brice) Butler, sons; Aaron (Cheryl) Atwood and Hugh Atwood. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Vivan, two daughters, two sisters and one brother. Graveside services for Floyd will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden. Family will meet with friends one hour prior to services at Leavitts Mortuary. The family would like to thank CNS Hospice and the staff at the George E.
