Floyd White Barrow, 90, passed away August 27, 2014 at his home from age related illnesses. He was born May 14, 1924 to Thomas William and Ida White Barrow in West Warren, Utah. Floyd attended Weber County Schools. He married Marvel Wayment January 5, 1944 in the Salt Lake Temple. He farmed all of his life. He worked at General Mills for 20 years and retired from Defense Depot Ogden after 19 years. He loved the livestock industry and especially loved good horses and cattle. He loved horseback riding, hunting, and farming. He was a faithful member of the L.D.S. Church where he served in many positions. He was a faithful home teacher and was a valiant temple worker. Floyd is survived by his wife Marvel; his children: Alan (Marie), Dean (Linda), Vickie (Boyd) Lindquist, Kay (Phil) East, Leisa (Brad) Bryner, Lana (Craig) Saunders; sister-in-law Susan Barrow; 20 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents and all eleven of his siblings. Floyd wanted to thank Abundant Life Home Care for their caring love and dedicated service. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 11 a.m at the West Warren Ward Chapel, 856 N. 5900 W., West Warren, UT.
