Frances "Joe" Joyce Clark December 6, 1927 ~ October 5, 2014 Frances Joyce Clark passed away on October 5, 2014. He was born on December 6, 1927 in Ogden to Francis Arthur Clark and Nellie Clark. They were married on May 28, 1946. Their vows were later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He worked for Hill Air Force Base. He is survived by their children; Pam (Brent) Vanderwood, Cathy (Robert) Adam and Tracy Clark; nine grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Clark, his son Steve Clark, and his grandson Spencer Clark.
