Fred Ralph Stoker's Obituary

Fred Ralph Stoker passed away August 28, 2016 at his home in Ogden, Utah. Fred was born on December 11, 1935 at home in Huntsville, Utah to Lonzo Ruben Stoker and Hulda LaVera Stromberg Stoker. On September 7, 1969 Fred married Lena May Jolley Longley. Fred attended school in Huntsville and graduated from Weber High School in Ogden. He attended Weber State College and became a good auto mechanic. Fred served in the U.S. Army, spending some time in Germany. After his service, he worked as a bus mechanic at the Weber County Bus Shop, becoming the boss over the school bus mechanics until he retired. Fred is survived by his sisters Betty (Helmer) Holmberg, Ruth Stoker, Shirley Jenkins; brother, William (Bill) Stoker; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lena; brother-in-law, Roger Jenkins; and great nephew, Kyle Brown. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th St., Ogden, UT.
