Gary Wood MillspawGary Wood Millspaw passed away peacefully on January 30, 2012 at the age of 73. He was born on September 30, 1938 to Charles and Mary Wood Millspaw in McAllen, Texas. They later moved to Utah. Gary graduated first class from Ben Lomond High School Gary married his sweetheart Ann Oenes on May 28, 1960 in Elko, Nevada. Gary worked in construction most of his life, owning and operating Millspaw Masonary. He excelled in all athletics especially basketball where he played on the first inagrual team at Ben Lomond High School. He also loved to golf, playing in many tournaments with his golf buddies, but his favorite thing was watching his grandkids play sports. Gary is survived by, his wife Ann, daughters, Cindy (Kirk "Sparky") Ingram, Cheri (Sie) Moore, Christy (Joey) Neilson, his two brothers, Jack and Charles Millspaw, his nine grandchildren; Justin, Rachel, Matt, Mitch, Ryan, Mason, Meagan, Jared and Michelle. He was preceded in death by one sister, and his great grandchild Noah. Services will be held at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Family will meet with friends Monday, February 6, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services also at the Mortuary. Interment will follow at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park. The family wishes to thank the special staff members at Pine View Rehab and Harrison Regent for all their loving care of Gary.
