George Wallace Slot 81, passed away on December 14, 2021 peacefully surrounded by loved ones.
He was born April 20, 1940, in Ogden, Utah to Lewis Pete Slot & Ester M Slot. George attended Ogden City Schools where he thrived at playing football. His career started at a young age working at the family business, Slot Brothers Produce. George worked at Riverside Golf Course for several years & later retired from Weber County.
After retirement George often went to the Duck Club with his brother Gary & really enjoyed his Wendover trips with his niece Tia, his little Sis(Char) & the family Wendover trips. George’s Pride & Joy was his many nieces & nephews. He loved spending time with them, singing to them, playing checkers & catching bubbles. The kids all loved going to Uncle G’s & he loved having them over. He was the BEST UNCLE & BABYSITTER EVER!!!
When asked, “How are you?” George would often reply Perfect and we all AGREE. He was such a Special & Amazing Brother, Uncle and Friend.
