Glen Scott McKenzie passed away September 26, 2017. He was born in Ogden, Utah, on May 4, 1950, to Glenn and Charlene McKenzie. He attended Ben Lomond High School and went on to a successful career in business administration, including over 20 years as regional manager for the grocery chain Skaggs. Scott married Vickie Smith in 1968. They later divorced. He then married Anna (Lee) Flannery in 1973. They had a long and full relationship until her death last year. Scott was a vibrant, intelligent and funny man. Scott entertained his family with impressions of Benny Hill and grew up to be an expert at giving people s**t and helping them to laugh at themselves. He was an avid golfer and owned a pro shop for a time. He also loved playing cards and fishing. He had impeccable penmanship and loved making a good list. He will be missed by his surviving family members including his daughter, Nikki Cooke (Trish); son, Justin McKenzie; sister, Jill White; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Scott was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lee; and two sons, Keith and Kem Flannery. Family services will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Forest Park LDS Ward located at 2250 E. 2200 North, Layton, Utah, 84040. A celebration of life will be held at the American Legion #134 345 Depot Street in Clearfield, on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at 3 p.m. where lunch will be served. Service Information Date: Saturday, October 21, 2017 Time: 11:00 am - Family services will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Forest Park LDS Ward located at 2250 E. 2200 North, Layton, Utah, 84040. A celebration of life will be held at the American Legion #134 345 Depot Street in Clearfield, on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at 3 p.m. where lunch will be served.
