Glenn Richard Loper was born December 20, 1954. Passed away at age 69 at his residence in Farr West Utah; in the community he loved. Proceeded in death by his father Ira Don Loper, mother Donna Jane Vance Loper, Wife Stella Marie Loper, daughter Misty Loper Hess. Glenn Richard was born in Ogden Utah and lived in Riverdale Utah during his childhood years. He graduated from high school in Ashland, Oregon. Glenn Richard loved nature and outdoor activities. His passions were photography, fishing, hunting, hiking, and wilderness camping. He had a love and kindness for animals. He was very creative as an artist in drawing, painting, and wood working. His work history included being a welder in Farr West Utah, and as a rose and flower gardener at Harry and David in Medford Oregon area. Glenn had great respect for his ancestral heritage as surviving progenitors of the Martin Handcart Company. Glenn Richard was loved by his siblings, and they will miss him greatly.
