Obituary

Greggie V. Patino Jr. (Sito)I returned to my creator on June 22, 2011 at home in the loving arms of my wife, after battling cancer for over 2 years. I was born in Logan, Utah on May 21, 1955 to Gregorio Patino and Dominica Maes. I attended Ogden city schools. I joined the U.S. Army in 1973, during the Vietnam era. I was honorably discharged in 1976. I married Patricia Romero in 1975 and from this union my twins Michele and Michael were born. We later divorced. I then met Lori Vigil, and from this union Anjel was born, we later separated. I then married Floreljia Hernandez, and from this union Greggie and Carlos were born, we later divorced. I was a single parent for many years and raised Greggie and Carlos from grade school through high school. I married Orma Wigfield on July 15, 2006, from this union I inherited Nicholas Harney, who was like my own son. I worked my entire life beginning at the age of three. I am survived by my wife Orma, my children: Michele, Michael, Anjel, Greggie, Carlos, and Nicholas. My siblings of four sisters and five brothers: Susan Neoma (Arturo) Patino, Barbara Patino (Manuel) Garza, Frank (Lori) Patino, Leonard (Terry) Patino, Joe (Alice) Patino, Kathy Patino Barela (Kevin), Joyce Patino (Joe), Freddie Patino, Ricky Patino, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. I am also survived by my grandchildren: Miranda Falls, Angel Patino, Andrea Patino, and Roaman Sue. I was preceded in death by my parents, grand-parents, aunts, and uncles, my brother Jake Patino, sister Sara Patino, my nephew Robert Vigil, and great niece Dominica Barela. I appreciate the professional care of Dr. Carl Gray and his nursing staff at Utah Hematology Oncology PC, Alpine Hospice, and I also appreciate my wife Orma for her loving support throughout this ordeal. I love you always and forever baby. I am now at peace and serenity with my creator and family members in heaven.
