Gregory Shane Sims, 34, of Ogden, Utah, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015at his home. He was born in Camarillo, California on August 21,1980 to Jeffrey and Jeanne Sims. Greg graduated from Morgan High School in 1999. Greg had a love and passion for chess, pool, card games, golf, reading, and many other hobbies. Greg was so loved by all and had nothing but kind words for friends and family. Greg is survived by his brother Robert Sims; his two sisters: Laura Shields and Sarah Sims: his parents, Jeffrey and Jeanne Sims; and his nephew Hagen Clarke. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah with a Memorial Gathering for friends and family one hour prior to services at Leavitts Mortuary.
