Harold Peter Anderson, 82, passed away June 24, 2016 in Ogden, UT. He was born July 5, 1933 to Hector Peter Anderson and Della Mae Wagstaff in Ogden, UT. Harold graduated from Bonneville High School. Harold married Mary LaRene King November 12, 1953 in the Manti Temple. He served in the U. S. Navy and had a 30 year career at Hill Air Force Base. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in many callings including Bishop. Harold is survived by his wife LaRene; two sons Mike (Shelly) and Ken (Cindy); 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; five siblings; and his son, Gary Scott Anderson. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Washington Terrace 3rd Ward, 4900 So. 300 W., Washington Terrace, UT. Family will greet friends on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th St., Ogden, UT and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
