Harvey J. (Jerry) Mills, 79, passed away November 1, 2016 at his home. He was born March 2, 1937 to Harvey and Alice Mills in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Jerry attended Granite High School and received his GED at Fort Lewis High School. He married Sheila Mills on March 1, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jerry (Fossil) was a life member of the Vietnam Vets / Legacy Vets MC. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot, and served two tours in Vietnam. He loved riding his motorcycle with no destination in mind. Jerry was proud of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren He loved his Red and Black family, LLRB. Jerry (Fossil) worked hard all of his life and provided a good life for his family. He was loved and respected by all. He will always be in our hearts and will be greatly missed. Jerry (Fossil) is survived by his wife, Sheila Mills; daughters, Kelly Mills, Theresa Bridges; sons, Sean, Cory and Kevin Mills; stepdaughter, Shalena Pittman; stepson, Aaron Webb; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his five children, Colleen Mills; his parents; sister and two granddaughters. Private services and interment at Camp Williams will be held at a later date.
