Hope Simmons Robinson

Hope (Simmons) Robinson, our beloved wife, mother, sister, grandma and great-grandmother, slipped away peacefully, Thursday, June 29^th, 2023, at the age of 76, surrounded by her family.

Hope was the oldest of four children, born March 4, 1947, to Gordon and Shirley Simmons of Ogden, Utah.

On March 5, 1966, 57 years ago, Hope married the love of her life, Sidney J. Robinson in Ogden, Utah.  They were later blessed with 4 children.  Hope adored her 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

In 1996, Hope and Sid built their forever home in Marriott-Slaterville where they have resided since.

She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Gordon, and Shirley Simmons.

She is survived by her husband, Sidney Robinson; her four children: Robert Robinson, Cathy Robinson (Jason Haynes), Brian (Pam) Robinson, and Cristy Luna; five grandchildren: Stephanie Haynes, Katlyn (Bradley) Brower, Casey Haynes, and Brayden and Presley Robinson; two great-grandchildren: Violet and Eloise Brower; two brothers: Ron (Cheryl) Simmons, Jerry Simmons and one sister: Tammie Simmons.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Hope on Saturday, July 15^th, meeting at 11:45am, with a butterfly release promptly at 12:10pm at the Ogden Botanical Gardens – 1750 Monroe Blvd, Ogden, Ut 84401.  From there, there will be light refreshments served at S&B Plumbing - 691 N 2075 W, Marriott-Slaterville, Ut 84404, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
