Obituary

Irene Weaver Stauffer Irene passed away at her home in Pleasant View Feb 1 2013 after a long illness. She was born March 16, 1938 to Clifford and Clair Weaver in Sandy UT; she was the oldest of 8 children. She grew up in Wilson and graduated from Weber High. She married her sweetheart Von Stauffer Feb 16 1956 in the Salt Lake City Temple; they have 4 children. She is survived by her husband Von and 3 children Kerry( Celeste)Stauffer, Debra Stauffer, and Kurtis (Janene) Stauffer; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; whom she all loved in her own way. She is also survived by 4 brothers Dennis Weaver, Steven Weaver, Gary Weaver, Brent Weaver, and 2 sisters Judy Bailey and Vilda Arnold.She was preceded in death by her parents, her oldest son Kevin, a grandson DC Andrews and a sister Linda LaRose. Irene loved beautiful things. She was a talented dancer, a gardener, softball player and shopper.A viewing will be held Thursday, Feb 7, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, February 8, 2013, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Leavitts Mortuary 836 36th Ogden UT 84403.
