Jack Wesley Johnson's Obituary

Jack Wesley Johnson passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at home with his two sons by his side. He was born December 23, 1926, to Edward J. Johnson and Cora A. Frandsen in Aspen, Wyoming. He joined the Navy and served for two years. He then married Mary Louise Records on August 21, 1956. He worked as a Drafting Engineer at Hill Air Force Base for 30 years. Jack enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting with his family. He was a member of Elim Lutheran Church. Jack is survived by his two sons, Ben (Teri) Johnson and Mark (Maryann) Johnson, Ogden, UT; Grandchildren Brandie (Alex), Amber, Blake, Megan and Erin; Great-grandchildren Shayla, Anthony, Aliyah and Adrian. He is preceded in death by grandson Treavor Johnson, wife Mary Louise Johnson, brother Robert Johnson and son Edward Johnson. A visitation will be held Monday, June 3, 2019 from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, UT. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Elim Lutheran Church, 575 23rd St.,Ogden with visitation from 12:00 12:45 p.m. prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made at America First Credit Union under Jack Johnson, all donations will be given to Elim Lutheran Church.
