Jim passed away peacefully from natural causes surrounded by family on May 24, 2025.

Jim was born in Clearfield Utah on July 3,1949, to James Edison Miller and Wilma Lamar Miller. He was raised in Kaysville Utah and graduated from Davis High School. After graduation he attended Weber State College.

Jim was a proud member of the Boy Scouts of America and was very proud to have earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Jim has worked many different jobs in his lifetime. He worked in security and was also an owner in the tire industry. He finally ended his working career when he retired from Solar Design Tech in 2016.

Jim married the love of his life Holly, in Heber City, on June 26, 1989. They spent time together in Reno Nevada and made their final home in Ogden Utah.

Jim is survived by his wife Holly Dee Miller; his 2 sons David and Cameron; his sister Kaye Kizerian; brother Boyd and Dora Lythgoe; sister-in-law Linda Miller; his 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother Bobby L. Miller.
