Jean Peterson Langford

On Monday, December 5, 2022, Jean Peterson Langford became an angel at the young age of 47. She was a wonderful, loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Jean was born March 6, 1975, in Ogden to Raymond and Beverly Peterson, the oldest of five children. She was a graduate of Layton High school, class of 1993. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served a full-time mission, which began in Lafayette, Indiana and ended in Los Angeles, California. On March 24, 2001, she was sealed to the love of her life, Richard H Langford II, in the Timpanogos Temple. Jean touched the lives of many people. She held many jobs including the Lagoon Ride Operator (she loved being the steam train conductor), manager of Payless Shoe Store and working at the IRS. She was also a member of DUP (Daughters of Utah pioneers). Family gatherings were special times and were always looked forward to. Jean is survived by her husband, parents, and four siblings Dian (John) Neville, Jill, John (Milene Tavares Batista D.D.S. Ph.D.), and Aron (Natalie Stone), along with five nieces, two nephews and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral Services will be Held Saturday, December 10, 2022 At 1:00 p.m. at The South Ogden 9th Ward, 3755 Porter Ave. South Ogden, Utah.
