Jerry W. Callihan March 20, 1954 - February 8, 2013 Jerry W. Callihan, 59, passed away February 8, 2014 after a short illness. He was born March 20, 1954 to James and Clara Callihan in Ogden, Utah. Jerry attended Ben Lomond High School. Jerry joined the U.S. Army at the age of 18 and served as a Private from 1972 to 1983. He was honored with the National Defense Service Medal as well as a Sharpshooter badge. Jerry married Shirley A. McDowell in February 1976. They have one son, Daniel M. Callihan. After discharge, Jerry returned to civilian employment where he held various technical positions with Hercules, Morton Thiokol, and Lucas Industries. Jerry loved spending time with his "pretty lady" and his 3 grandsons; Robert, Brayden, and Cameron. Jerry will be remembered for his quick witted sense of humor and his love of fishing. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Shirley, son Danny (Nikki), and sister Rebecca (Greg) Rollins. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Kelly.
