On the 30th of July 2017, Jesus Adrian Melendrez Zeus, 18, left our world. To many that knew him, he was more than just a friend; to those closest to him, he was a brother. He was someone who would be by your side if you ever called; he would show up with a smile so bright that, no matter how you felt, would make your day.
In school, Jesus was more than a student. Many would say he was an A B student, someone wanting to make something of himself, someone chasing greatness. Outside of school, Jesus loved playing basketball and football; he excelled at the three point line for basketball and was known as the safety blanket for football. He strived to be the best at everything. Jesus lived a happy, hard working life.
Jesus is survived by his parents, Juan Melendrez and Cassandra Cutlip; brothers, Julian, Koby, and Jordan; and sisters, Asia and Bailey Melendrez.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Juan Melendrez and Elenor Cutlip.
The family would like to give thanks to Texas Roadhouse, where Jesus worked for two years. Jesus will be truly missed by many friends and family. Love you, Jesus.
