Jewel Dean Bingham Lowder passed away on December 12, 2013. She was born in Wilson Lane, Utah on August 4, 1923 to Frank A. and Luella Hutchins Bingham. She graduated from Weber High School and married her high school sweetheart, Shurley Dean Lowder in Tucson, Arizona on March 31, 1945. Survived by sons James A. (Patricia) Lowder, Pocatello, Idaho and Richard D. (Lynn) Lowder, Brownwood, Texas. Cremation has been performed as per her wishes under the direction of Leavitts Mortuary.
