Joan S. Cliff passed away April 21, 2016. She was born on September 13, 1945 to Lenard and Dena Saunders in Ogden, Utah. Joan graduated from Bonneville High School in 1963. She married Charles Dominguez, Gary Cliff, and her current spouse of 26 years, Tom Wotton. She lived her entire life in the Ogden area where she attended school and enjoyed close relationships with her family and friends. Joan worked for IRS, retiring in 1989 after 20 years of service. Joan had one son, Robert Gary Cliff, who was the light of her life. She was devoted to her nieces and nephews and their children. Joan was kind, compassionate, and loved by everyone. Joan is survived by her husband Tom Wotton, her sisters, Gail (Grant) Olson, Arimo, ID; Elaine Thomas, Roy, UT; one brother, Scott (Jude) Saunders, SLC, UT; one stepdaughter, Wendy Wotton, one stepson, Ryan Wotton, Henderson, NV; several nieces and nephews and cousins. Also surviving is one aunt, Bert Ballantyne, Fruit Heights, UT. Joan was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved son, Robert G. Cliff. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 2:00p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Ut. A viewing will be held prior to services from 12:45-1:45p.m. Interment will be at the Washington Heights Memorial Park.
