John "Steve" ErskineSeptember 22 1952-March 17 2011Our beloved brother, uncle cousin John Stephen Erskine, went home to be with his Lord, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, March 17, 2011.Steve was born Sept.22, 1952, to John and Dorathy Erskine who are reunited with their son in heaven. Steve was very passionate about his Lord Jesus, his country, his family, and his dogs. He never failed to make you smile and feel important with his unique sense of humor and amazingly huge giving heart. He loved to read and write and was looking forward to having his recently finished novel published. He was an avid Ogden Raptors fan. Steves greatest desire was to have his family know the Savior he loves. Steve is survived by his seven brothers and sisters: Diane (Ray)Baird, Mary(Dave) Waggener, Sherry Hinderliter, Tim Erskine, Ella (Robert) Call, Clyde (Jeri) Erskine, Richard (Charlene) Erskine. Also numerous nieces and nephews that he loved so very much. Beck held a special place in her Uncles heart.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at Crossroads Christian Fellowship located at 6545 Combe Rd, in Uintah at 2pm.
