John Francis Flaherty passed away on October 13, 2012. He was born on November 20, 1935 in Galway, Ireland to John Annie (nee Ryan) Flaherty.John was employed by Weber Co. Maintenance for 10 years, before that he was a painter. He was a member of the Catholic faith. John was a Sharpshooter in the Marines. He enjoyed golfing and loved hiking and being out in nature, loved animals especially his dog Maggie. He is survived by his wife Nancy, children: John, Timothy, Matthew, Kelly and Michael Flaherty, Donnette and Michael Sumner, Melanie and James Dodge, Louis and Crystal Anderson, 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters: Teresa, Patricia, Kathleen and brothers: Peter and Gus. John was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ann and brothers: Brian, Maurice and Matthew.
