Heaven called a very special Angel home on June 21, 2016. Joyce Isaac Knight passed away after a very long and courageous battle with cancer. Joyce married the love of her life, Gary Knight on December 23, 1987. Joyce enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, car shows, and in her younger years, belly dancing. Joyce is survived by her husband Gary; five daughters; fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother; and her constant companions Lilly and Wendell. We would like to give a special Thank You to Dr. Carl Grey and his staff with the Utah Oncology Department for the wonderful care Joyce received through the years.
