Joyce Edith Sandberg passed away April 18, 2016 at Ogden Regional Hospital. She was born April 12, 1946 in Ogden, Utah to Ruth I. Devoe and Lawrence G. Sandberg. Joyce grew up and went to school in the Ogden area. She graduated from Ogden Adult Ed. Joyce never married. She worked on a farm and loved animals. She helped her sisters care for their mother in later years. She loved to crochet and do embroidery. Joyce is survived by her sisters, Sharron Finney, Marie Jackson, Ruby Sanders, Lorraine Jensen; sisters-in-law, Sarah Sandberg, Holly Hulse and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Larry, Harry; sisters, Ruthie Sandberg and Violet Walker. The family would like to thank all the care takers who helped to make her passing easier. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Leavitts Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
