Kathleen L. Sarter went home to be with Jesus Sunday, November 8, 2015. What an incredible woman, full of strength and dignity and sheer determination of will. She will be missed greatly, but she is rejoicing, running and dancing, fully restored and completely whole. Praise God!!!
