Kathy Denise Everett ONeal April 2, 1947 ~ October 2, 2014 Kathy ONeal, age 67 passed away, October 2, 2014 after a very short battle with cancer. She was born, April 2, 1947 to Dennie Albert Everett and Bernice Arlene Braun, in Gooding, Idaho. Kathy graduated from Shoshone High School and attended Links Business College in Boise, Idaho. Kathy met and married Wayne ONeal April 10, 1971. She retired from Utah Power after 25 years and has since been enjoying the outdoors with her husband Wayne while working at California Land Management. Kathy liked to golf, fish, camp, and generally spend time with her loved ones. Kathy is survived by her husband Wayne, her sons Benjamin (Heidi), Samuel (Cheryl) and four precious grandchildren, Devin, Ireland, Alyssa and Isabelle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennie and Bea, her brothers, Dennis and Bruce and her young son, Gavin. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Leavitts Mortuary, 836-36th St., Ogden, UT with a viewing prior from 12:45 to 1:45 pm. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, October 11, 2014 at the Lincoln County Cemetery in Shoshone, ID. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
