In Loving Memory of Lael Adele Combe Furgeson

October 28, 1939 - December 22, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Lael Adele Combe Furgeson, who departed this world on December 22, 2023, at the age of 84.

Born in Ogden, Utah, to Florence Stephens Combe and Spencer Joseph Combe. Lael attended Ogden schools and graduated from Ogden High School.

She married Ralph Furgeson on March 22, 1960, in the Logan Temple. She and Ralph raised their family in San Jose, California. She also lived in Lancaster, California; Cape Canaveral, Florida; San Jose, California; Sudbury, Massachusetts; Jackson, Mississippi; and Auburn, and Lincoln, California. Lael enjoyed painting, sewing, flower arranging, and interior design.

Lael leaves behind a legacy in her loving husband Ralph Glen Furgeson, her three children, Wyler (Denise) Furgeson, Nate (Connie) Furgeson, and her daughter, Stephanie Furgeson Taylor (late Sam Taylor). Her presence will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, family, and friends.

She is survived by 12 grandchildren: Spencer, Camille, Bailey, Tanner, Conner, Cooper, Taylor, Reagan, Chase Furgeson, Ashton Taylor Wight, Céline Taylor, and Mallory Taylor Ferguson.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to call her mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

The family invites friends and loved ones to join in a celebration of Lael Adele Combe Furgeson's life at Leavitt's Mortuary Aultorest Memorial Park in Ogden, Utah, on January 13, 2024, at noon.

May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love she shared with those who were fortunate to be

part of her life.
