LaMar passed away at home on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 of natural causes. He was born May 20, 1948 to Newell Love and Darthel Fife Love. LaMar enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a member of the F.O.E. #3355. He was self-employed as a core buyer for scrap metal. He proudly served in the Marines from 1965 to 1968. LaMar had friends everywhere he went. LaMar was married three times until he met the love of his life, Margie. They have spent the last 15 years together. Between the two of them they have eight children: Matt (Laura), Troy (Lisa), Tricia (John), Patricia, Brenda (James), Janice (Tommy), Wendel (Jonnie) and Trent (Chelsea). They have twenty-two grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren with one on the way. LaMar is survived by his wife, Margie; seven children; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mary Jo, Darrel (Gaylene), Randy (Jackie), Dennis (Lynette) and Diane. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Richard and Val and his daughter, Tricia. A Viewing will be on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 11:00 am at Leavitts Mortuary. Friends may visit with the family prior to services from 10:00 to 10:45 am.
