Larry Ronald Flitton, 66, left his earthly home Wednesday, February 24, 2016 after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was reunited with his loved ones who have previously passed from this mortal life. He is now with our loving Heavenly Father. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa and great-grandfather. Larry leaves a legacy as a selfless man who always placed his family and friends first. He had a great love for his country and served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps. Larry is survived by his loving wife, Elaine; his companion dog, Eddy; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who greatly loved him; children, Tina Marie Chantry (Dennis), Chris Flitton (Debbie), Ben Flitton (Heather); step daughters, Jennifer Bills (Tony), Stacie Scoville (Steve); sisters, Kathy Cook, Madelene McNeil (Rick) and Becky Larsen (Jed). He is preceded in death by his loving parents. Larry, you will be greatly missed until we all meet again! A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor with full military honors on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Utah Veterans Cemetery and Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Park, Bluffdale, Utah.
