Liane Thomas-Perkins passed away in her sleep of heart failure. She was born April 8, 1959 to Elmer Lee Thomas and Leila Ynez Echols in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Kevin Parks. Anyone who knew Liane knows she had an open heart and kind loving way. She would always give what she had and never let you go hungry or homeless. She was known for adopting her friends and treating them like family. She had a strong head and a great sense of humor. Liane is survived by five brothers and two sisters: David Thomas (Tami), Jeffery Thomas, Michael Thomas (Christine), Cheryl Ritter, Leon Thomas (Debbie), Steven Thomas, Rebecca Thomas; children Jennifer Miner, William Billy Perkins, Sean Derrick Perkins, Bobby and Tanaesha Ashment ( and adopted son Angel Joe Lucio; and five grandchildren. Have no fear, Liane, for what tomorrow may bring. The same loving God that cares for you today will take care of you tomorrow and everyday God will either shield you from suffering or give you unfailing strength to bear it.
