Lonnie L. Crotwell, 58, passed away at McKay-Dee Hospital August 21, 2015.
Surviving are daughter, Pepper, son, Derek, sisters, Cheryl and Melody, brother, Gregory and father, Alan.
Services will be private and limited to family and close friends.
