Lori Ann Jacques returned to Heavenly Father on February 4, 2017. She was born in Ogden, Utah on June 29, 1970. Lori Ann was greeted in heaven by grandmother Josephine, aunt Pauline and brothers Stevie and Robert.
Lori Ann was a strong, beautiful mother, a loving daughter, sister, aunt, nina and friend. She lived life to the fullest. Lori Ann loved the outside life to the greatest point; such as camping, fishing and boating. She loved skydiving, traveling and, of course, driving. She was adventurous, free spirited and had a very giving soul. She had a vibrant smile, unique sense of humor and her personality was so bold and infectious with positivity. She had a big heart, love for animals and she was passionate for culinary arts and web design. She loved riding her motorcycle and being a part of the Lucky Ladies of Phoenix.
In the words of her brother, James T., she was tormented with love, sarcasm and dry humor.
She is survived by her parents James and Delma; son Brohdi (Kendra); and daughter Whitney (Christian); brothers: James T. (Melanie), James J. (Candace); sisters: Carolyn and Marilyn; many nieces and nephews and so many others.
With this day, we start anew and from those ashes a fledgling Phoenix rises renewed and reborn.
