Lorrilyn Housley-BurrellNanaLorrilyn Housley-Burrell, passed away peacefully in her sleep, in the early morning hours of May 7, 2011; her fathers birthday. Lorri was born October 12, 1957 in Roswell, NM., to John E. Young Jr., and Theresa Turner Young. She grew up on Air Force Bases in her early years including Roswell, NM., England, and Korea. Her parents then settled in Syracuse, Utah. Lorri married Kevin L. Housley on December 31, 1975, and had three sons; Chad, Chase and Drew. They were married for 31 years until Kevins passing in 2009. Lorri was able to find love again with Alonzo Lonnie Burrell, marrying him shortly before her passing. Surviving are her husband, Lonnie, her sons; Chad (Brandy), Chase, Drew (Wendy), and her four loves, her grandchildren; Kaycee, Kodie, Keaton, and Karter, step-daughter, Amy (Michael) Snow and her children; Robert and Lukas. Also surviving are her brother John E. Young III, two sisters, Debi LeFleur and Lisa Bertagnolli, her grandmother, Madeline Turner, Rochester, NY., and many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. Her friends and family will always love and miss her dearly. Lorri was preceded in death by her parents, and late husband, Kevin. Friends may visit Wednesday, May 11, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. at Leavitts Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, and one hour prior to services that will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Make-A-Wish.
